Important purchase policy

• All Dunk orders are final. No cancellations, changes, or returns are allowed. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
• Shoe box condition is not guaranteed. Many boxes arrive damaged. Do not purchase if you are not comfortable possibly receiving a damaged box.
• Limit one total Dunk purchase per customer during any 24-hour period. If more than one pair is purchased for the same customer or shipping address, all orders will be canceled.
• Shipping is limited to residential U.S. addresses and Puerto Rico. International orders will be canceled.
• Actual shipping costs are included in the retail price to account for our regularly discounted shipping rates.
• Shoes ship with signature confirmation.
• Coupon codes and discounts may not be used on Dunk orders.
