Air Jordan 12 Retro University Gold 130690-070 | Golden Interval

University Gold. Make the In-Between Count.

The Air Jordan 12 Retro 'University Gold' 130690-070 is the focus of Golden Interval, YY Footwear's styling edit for the moments between a busy day and whatever comes next. A late lunch, a catch-up across town or a free afternoon can be reason enough to put together a look you enjoy wearing.

Our approach starts with the pair's full identity and leaves room for your own interpretation. Keep the clothing around it simple, choose proportions deliberately and resist the urge to match every detail. The University Gold name gives this listing its identity; Golden Interval gives our outfit inspiration its mood.

A Little Intention Goes a Long Way

Imagine finishing your last task earlier than expected. You change into straight-leg trousers, reach for a soft cotton tee and add a crisp overshirt before stepping out. The University Gold pair is the finishing choice, turning familiar clothes into something that feels more personal without making the outfit complicated.

Golden Interval is about enjoying those small opportunities to dress differently. Try a textured knit instead of another graphic layer. Swap joggers for relaxed trousers. Keep a jacket open to soften its shape. These are changes you can make with clothes already in your wardrobe, not a list of pieces you need to buy.

Three Ways to Build the Look

• Quiet foundation: Pair charcoal trousers with a plain tee and a clean-cut jacket. Keep the clothing palette restrained so the sneakers have room in the outfit.
• Warm neutrals: Try stone-colored trousers, an off-white shirt and a softly textured overshirt. Let the fabrics create depth rather than adding competing prints.
• Denim, with intention: Choose your preferred straight-leg jeans and a simple knit. Adjust the hem to frame the sneakers without excessive fabric gathering.
